Customer Service

IFL deliver the Customer service L2 qualification. There is no pre-requisite, but the apprentice would need to be in a customer service role. The role of a customer service apprentice is to ensure delivery of high quality products and services to customers in their organisation.

As an apprentice you may well be the clients first point of contact, dealing with reception making appointments face to face or over the telephone, clients care and advice in products or services, meet and greet and after care.  All areas requiring a high-level customer service, will be assessed according to requirements and chosen requirements.

This qualification can be delivered and assessed in the work placement. Units required are:

  • Developing self to achieve targets and goals
  • Recognition of regulations and legislation with own organisation
  • Principles of business
  • Contributing to customer focused experience
  • Providing customer service
  • Managing customer service expectations

The Customer Service award can lead to progression as a Customer Service administrator or advisor. The award takes typically 12-18 months. IFL will support apprentices through this qualification with additional advice and guidance. Please contact us for further information on costs of you are over 19 years.
