Who Should Study This Course?

Anyone who works in a customer-focused role who wants or needs to improve their customer service and communication skills when dealing with people at all levels. The methods of interaction may cover a wide range of situations including face to face, telephone, post, email, text and social media. A Customer Service Apprentice is likely to work at the front end of an employer’s business activities and regularly assist customers.

Training Objectives

  • L2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship allow the apprentice to demonstrate the following:
  • Knowing customer expectations
  • Understanding your organisation
  • Meeting regulations and legislation
  • Your roles and responsibilities
  • Customer experience within your company
  • Skills and communication
  • A final EPA where you will showcase your evidence and have a professional discussion with a City & Guilds IEPA.

 

L3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship will ensure the apprentices covers the following:

  • Business Knowledge and understanding
  • Customer Journey knowledge
  • Knowing customer needs/insight
  • Customer service culture and environment awareness

Skills in:

  • Business focussed service delivery
  • Positive customer experience
  • Working with customers
  • A final EPA to present your evidence to the IEPA, with a professional discussion
